Sweet Chili Salmon
This is a light lunch recipe if you are short for time or if you are looking to try something new. Fish is a great source of protein, this is a meal that I have on a regular basis and because I LOVE me some sweet chili salmon ! I like to mix it up here and there sometimes with brown rice as it is a healthier alternative and sometimes with other sources of vegetables with my meal. I also love to have my meal along side with my Super Purple Goddess Juice drink.
Sweet Chili Salmon ( Serves 2 Takes approx 35 mins)
Preheat the oven to 20C Fan180C Gas Mark 6
Put salmon fillets in foil
Mix 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce with lime juice and drizzle over the Fish.
Put on a baking tray and set aside for 10 mins.
Boil the White Rice or Brown Rice and also Boil the Asparagus in a separate pot.
Put Fish in the oven and cook for mins until Fish is cooked.
Super Purple Goddess Juice Drink
This drink is refreshing and filled with loads of nutrients needed in order to give your body what it needs. Once you have learned the recipe you can mix it up and create other amazing juiced drinks made to make you feel and look AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Put all ingredients into a blended chopped up finely.
Blend all ingredients together however depending on the consistency you are looking for will you add water. If you are looking for a thicker juiced drink then do not add water however if you want water it down to your fancy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy :)
