Hey Everyone !!
First and foremost, I would like to thank you all for taking an interest in my blog. It really means a lot to me. I am Tamara Michelle, I am 19 years of age and I am working towards becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist. Health and fitness has been a huge part of my life since my secondary school days. I found that working out helped me deal with stressful situations and then after years of working out it has become a routine and which is where my passion for healthy living and fitness has stemmed from. I decided that this is something i wanted to pursue as a career as it is something i enjoy and wanted to know more about. I am still learning new things as each day goes by and I LOVE IT! My aim is to inspire people and to remind everyone just how sacred and precious our bodies are. I want to be able to help people change their lives for the better and remind them that they are beautiful regardless of what society has to say. Self love is essential and everyone should love the skin that they are in. You do not have to mold yourself into the expectations of society accept yourself for who you are that is where happiness stems from within! I aim to spread nothing but genuine positive vibes and positive encouragement through my work and this blog. I will also be providing other things on my blog such as beauty tips and advice. I get a lot of questions about how I did a certain look or how I get my skin in such good condition and I will be providing those things for you. I also hope to set up an advice column in which I can give advice to those who need me. Everyone has to have somebody to talk to and support them through what ever they go through in life and I make it a mission to be a listening ear.Yes my photo shows me holding a protein world shake I have to be honest they are FAB. They give me the needed energy to perform my workouts and get on throughout the day. The best thing is if you do not use milk, almond milk or any other forms of milk you can use water and I love my water. You can even add the powder to your breakfast meals. Enough about that anyway I will be doing a separate post on that I just wanted to say HEYYYY! and stay tuned!!!!!!
